Billing & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how ReefPin subscriptions, cancellation, and payment reviews work. Payments are processed by Kashier in Egyptian Pounds.
Free account and Pro activation
Your ReefPin Free account is available without payment. If you choose Pro, pay the monthly or annual price upfront. Pro features and your paid period start after payment is confirmed. There is no trial or separate charge on day 14.
Billing and renewal
A monthly or annual payment provides Pro features for the paid period. Each payment covers one period only. There is no automatic renewal or stored payment method. When the period ends, your account returns to Free. You can buy Pro again whenever you choose.
Cancellation
There is no future payment to cancel because subscriptions do not renew automatically. Pro features stay active until the end of the paid period. After that, you can keep using the Free account.
Payment review requests
New purchases do not include a voluntary money-back guarantee. If an earlier purchase was made while a 14-day first-payment guarantee was offered to you, the terms shown at that checkout remain in effect for that purchase.
For a duplicate charge, technical billing error, or a right required by law, use Contact support in the app or email support@reefpin.com. Include your account email and payment reference if available, never card details.
Support reviews the request and transaction through Kashier. Submitting a request is not an instant refund. If a refund is confirmed, the Pro access associated with that payment ends. Your Free account and stored data remain available.
Managing your subscription and getting help
To request a payment review, use Contact support and choose Message, or email support@reefpin.com. Support remains available even when app access has ended. View your current period and payment history in your profile, buy another period on the Pricing page, or contact support@reefpin.com with your account email and transaction details.
