Welcome to ReefPin, a fishing companion for Egypt's waters. ReefPin is operated by BITS Blackrock IT Solutions LLC(“BITS”, “we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the content you add (catches, spots, trips, messages) and for keeping your login secure. Be respectful to other anglers — no spam, abuse or illegal content.
Subscriptions & billing
ReefPin offers a free trial period, after which full access requires a paid subscription (monthly or annual). Prices are shown on the Pricing page and charged in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) through our payment processor, Kashier. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We may change prices or plans, with notice taking effect at your next renewal.
Refunds & cancellation
The free trial lets you evaluate ReefPin before paying. Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Fishing safely & legally
ReefPin provides guidance, conditions, spots and species information for convenience. Always check local regulations, protected areas and safety conditions yourself. You fish at your own risk. Information may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not professional or safety advice.
Charters, shops & bookings
Listings and trip enquiries connect you with independent operators. ReefPin is not a party to any booking; confirm prices, availability and terms directly with each operator.
Content & conduct
Keep listings and reports honest. We may remove content or accounts that are deceptive, abusive or violate these terms. You keep ownership of the content you create and grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to run the service. The ReefPin app, brand and content remain the property of BITS Blackrock IT Solutions LLC.
Service “as is” & liability
ReefPin is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, BITS is not liable for losses arising from your use of the app, reliance on its information, or decisions made while fishing or boating.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Cairo.
