Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use ReefPin. A parent or guardian's consent does not provide an exception to this requirement.

You are responsible for protecting your login and for content you add, including catches, spots, trips and messages. Spam, abuse, illegal content and deceptive reports are prohibited.

Subscriptions and billing

ReefPin offers a free trial, after which full access requires a monthly or annual subscription. Prices appear on the Pricing page and are charged in Egyptian Pounds through Kashier. Each payment covers one period and does not renew automatically. We charge again only if you buy another period yourself.

Refunds and cancellation

The free trial lets you evaluate ReefPin before paying. Payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. There is no automatic renewal to cancel. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Fishing safely and legally

ReefPin provides guidance about conditions, spots, species and rules. You must check official notices, regulations, protected areas, weather, access and current site conditions yourself. You fish and boat at your own risk.

Women's spot-safety details are recent grouped community observations. They are not an endorsement or promise that a place is safe, and circumstances may change. A women-recommended badge only reflects a minimum report threshold and recommendation percentage.

Charters, shops and bookings

Listings and trip enquiries connect you with independent operators. ReefPin is not a party to a booking; confirm prices, availability and terms directly with the operator.

Content and conduct

Listings and reports must be honest. We may remove violating, abusive or deceptive content or accounts, moderate safety concerns before publication and suspend recommendation signals. You retain ownership of content you create and grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to run the service.

Service and liability

ReefPin is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, BITS is not liable for losses arising from use of the app, reliance on its information or decisions made while fishing or boating.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are subject to the courts of Cairo, in accordance with applicable procedural rules.
